BARRY FARBER SHOW
Barry Farber Show. In answer to America's need for a role model of masculinity, we would like to introduce you to Barry Farber. Before leaving college Barry had been editor of a daily newspaper, a wrestler, a steel worker, a representative of American college students in Yugoslavia and Brazil, an interpreter for units of the Chinese Nationalist Navy, and a Phi Beta Kappa student. All before leaving college. LISTEN NOW TO THE BARRY FARBER SHOW at BroadcastTalk.com.
Since then, Barry's news coverage has taken him in and out of trouble spots all over the world: He led Hungarians across the border after their revolution and sped to Cuba after the fall of Baptista, beating Fidel Castro to Havana by five days! Barry reported on the repression of Soviet Jews from the Moscow synagogue beginning in 1956.
In 1991, Barry's nationally syndicated radio show won him the title of "Talk Show Host of The Year." His numerous articles have appeared in the "New York Times," "Readers Digest," The "Washington Post," and the "Saturday Review," to name a few. Even more impressive, Barry speaks dozens of languages fluently including: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, Indonesian, Hungarian, Finnish, Yiddish, and two dialects of Chinese.
Barry is also an accomplished author having written: "Making People Talk," "How to Learn Any Language," and "How to Conceal Stupidity." When Barry speaks, the airwaves are filled with a mix of conservative philosophy, eloquent poetry and good, old-fashioned common sense. Thought provoking and intuitive, Barry examines topics of importance from gangs, to white supremacy, to the absurdity of our politicians. Your audience is sure to instantly bond with the warmth and charm of Barry Farber.
